Journey of the culinary delight
This journey takes place at Tabanan. It will start with a short visit to the traditional market, and continues to a Balinese house compound, knowing more about daily life and philosophy. Experience cooking for 16 Balinese recipes, while coffee break with Balinese cake served in between. Guided by local Chef, who will share basic local recipes and staple ingredients, preparing local dishes, savour your culinary creation upon family-style lunch.
